What the record shows

  • Three wind requests totalling 707 MW were filed on 2010-06-25 and all three withdrew on 2010-10-25, four months later.
  • Every wind request at this node withdrew. Every gas request reached commercial operation.
  • Two gas requests filed two and a half years apart — 203 MW and 5 MW — reached operation on the same day, 2019-10-19.
  • The two built 203 MW requests took 2.4 and 6.6 years respectively, from filings eighteen months apart.

What a decision record would have to make explicit

  • Three same-day filings withdrawing on the same day indicates one decision across a portfolio, not three independent ones.
  • Technology tracked outcome at this node, but with seven requests it cannot be separated from timing or from conditions the dataset does not record.
  • No project at this node is named in the dataset, so nothing here can be attributed to a developer.

This is a reading of a public dataset, not a customer case study: no engagement, customer or client is involved. The dataset records outcomes — what was built, what withdrew, and when — but not why any project withdrew, so no cause is attributed here. Nothing on this page claims GridVision predicted, influenced or would have changed any outcome, and a pattern at one point of interconnection does not generalise to another.
