Terms of Service
Last updated: August 5, 2026
01
Agreement
By using the GridVision AI website or platform you agree to these terms. Where your organization has signed ordering documents or other written agreements with us, those signed agreements control to the extent they conflict with these terms.
02
The service
GridVision AI structures available interconnection evidence and supports management review through a human-in-the-loop decision process. The service may present comparisons, reports, source references, assumptions, and other decision-support materials for the user to evaluate.
Users remain responsible for final judgments and actions. Formal interconnection studies and applicable ISO/RTO processes remain authoritative. The service does not guarantee outcomes, accuracy, timing, or commercial returns.
03
Not professional advice
The platform's outputs are informational decision support. They are not engineering, legal, financial, or investment advice, and they do not replace a formal interconnection study, ISO/RTO process, or professional judgment. Represented interconnection data may include information from available ISO/RTO publications that can change without notice; figures reflect the sources and timestamps shown alongside them.
04
Your data
You retain ownership of the raw data you provide. Customer data is scoped to the organization's tenant and subject to applicable access controls. Within the product, users whose role carries export permission can use the tenant-scoped CSV export capability for the supported organization datasets, as described in the Privacy Policy.
05
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to access other tenants' data, probing or disrupting the service, reselling access without an agreement, or using automated scraping against your plan's limits.
06
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GridVision AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions made in reliance on the service's outputs. Signed customer agreements may define different, negotiated terms.
07
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Questions? Reach us through the contact form.
