This policy describes how GridVision AI ("we") handles information on this website and in the GridVision AI platform.

Decision requests. When you submit the decision request form on this site, we collect the name, work email, company, role, and decision message you enter. We also record a source label for the submission. We use this information to route, review, and respond to the decision request and to operate the contact workflow.

Platform data. Customers using the platform may upload project and interconnection data. Customer data is scoped to the organization's tenant and subject to applicable access controls.

Public data. The platform may process available, represented interconnection-queue data from U.S. ISOs/RTOs. Queue-source coverage varies by source and product workflow. This public-source data is not treated as customer-provided personal information.

We use decision-request information to contact you about your request. We use platform data to provide the product's analyses to your organization. We do not sell personal information. Customer data is handled within the organization's tenant context and subject to applicable access controls.

We use third-party cloud hosting, database, error-monitoring, and email providers to operate this site and the platform and to route your message to our team. These providers process information on our behalf in order to deliver those services.

Data is stored and processed using hosted infrastructure and service providers. We use tenant scoping, role-based permissions where implemented, and other applicable access controls to protect customer data. No security measure eliminates all risk.

Your raw data remains yours. Within the product, users whose role carries export permission can use the tenant-scoped CSV export capability for supported organization datasets. Questions about this policy may be submitted through the contact form.

This website uses only the cookies necessary for signing in to the platform. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.
