Agree a fixed scope and fee
We review evidence availability, send a written fixed-fee quote, and agree the scope, data authorization, payment terms and delivery date.

Receive the Decision Record
The ten-business-day delivery period starts when the agreed evidence packet and payment terms are satisfied. Your team reviews the record with us before making its decision.
Evidence required
Provide the queue ID, named POI, decision owner, deadline, available study and site-control records, and permission to use them. Network screening requires an authorized network model. Unsupported cost or schedule conclusions remain unknown.
The Sprint supports management review. Formal PJM and engineering studies remain authoritative. Portfolio subscriptions and the separate $35,000 / 90-day platform pilot have their own scope and terms.
