What the record shows
- Two requests of exactly 529.5 MW were filed on the same day, 2018-09-18. One withdrew ten months later, the other stayed nearly two and a half years.
- The only request that reached operation is also the smallest at 66 MW, built in February 2024 after 5.5 years in the queue.
- A 68 MW solar request filed in March 2018 withdrew four days later.
- The most recent request, 350 MW of solar plus storage filed in 2021, withdrew in December 2024.
- Four of the five requests at this node withdrew, and 1,479 MW of the 1,543.5 MW filed here never reached operation.
What a decision record would have to make explicit
- Two identical capacities filed on one day suggests paired requests for one site rather than two independent projects, but the dataset does not record project grouping, so that cannot be established here.
- Three of the five requests are unnamed in the dataset, so nothing at this node can be attributed to a developer.
- With five requests, nothing about the relationship between size and outcome can be generalised from this node.
What this does and does not show
This is a reading of a public dataset, not a customer case study: no engagement, customer or client is involved. The dataset records outcomes — what was built, what withdrew, and when — but not why any project withdrew, so no cause is attributed here. Nothing on this page claims GridVision predicted, influenced or would have changed any outcome, and a pattern at one point of interconnection does not generalise to another.
