What the record shows
- Six of the seven requests at this node withdrew, and 1,124 MW of the 1,144 MW filed here never reached operation.
- The one project that was built, a 20 MW battery, is tied for the smallest request at the node and took 9.4 years.
- ASH TREE and DRY GRAPE, at 202.877 MW and 202.76 MW, were filed on the same day and withdrew on the same day, less than three months later.
- Four separate hybrid solar-plus-battery requests of roughly 200 to 310 MW were filed between 2018 and 2020. All four withdrew.
- No request at this node remains active, so its record is settled.
What a decision record would have to make explicit
- This is the highest withdrawal share of any node in this set. A node where six of seven requests withdrew is a fact about the record here, not a rate that transfers elsewhere.
- Two near-identical capacities filed and withdrawn on the same days point to one decision across two requests, but the dataset records no project grouping.
- The dataset gives no reason for any of the six withdrawals.
What this does and does not show
This is a reading of a public dataset, not a customer case study: no engagement, customer or client is involved. The dataset records outcomes — what was built, what withdrew, and when — but not why any project withdrew, so no cause is attributed here. Nothing on this page claims GridVision predicted, influenced or would have changed any outcome, and a pattern at one point of interconnection does not generalise to another.
